Shipping policy

We try to keep in stock all the common items that are regularly purchases. We don't however keep many of the large housings in stock as there are so many varieties. If we do need to order something in for you then it'll likely take 2-3 weeks as most of the items we sell we import from the USA.  Please do contact us if you have a deadline or would like to find out if something is in stock.

We offer free shipping within the UK on all orders 100.00 GBP or over. For smaller orders to the UK we charge 5.50 GBP. These prices all include VAT.

If you are outside of the UK then please contact us before ordering so we can quote you a delivery price. If you are outside the UK or in the Channel Islands then you will not pay VAT on your order. You may however have to pay import duties when it arrives at your local  customs.
