Return & Refund Policy

If you have issues with gear you purchased from us, however long ago that was, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

Returning Brand New Items:

If you decide you’d like a refund within 14 days of receiving your new items then please contact us and we’ll give you a return address where you can post it back to. You’ll then have 14 days to get it back to us. The items and packaging must be undamaged for us to give you a full refund including the postage costs.

However could we please ask that you only order the items if you plan to keep them.

About a third of all our sales are returned for a refund through no fault of ours and our small business is really struggling as we do not recover our transaction fees and postage costs each time this happens.

We’ll be happy to give you as much advice as needed before a sale so you can work out if the items will be suitable before your purchase. If you are trying to match the items with your existing gear we can probably advise you on compatibility. Another common reason for a return is that an item is larger than expected. We’d be happy to send photos of any gear in our hands if you can’t find an existing image that shows the scale.
